For the first time, the Sports Department came up with the idea to organize a Christmas tree competition between the four Houses. House masters had to encourage their students to bring along with them to school, a number of decorated items to hang up on each Christmas tree. House Masters decided on an area in each of the four floors in senior school where to place their Christmas tree. Students, together with their house masters helped along in making this healthy competition another way to show creativity apart from decorating the school and showing more of a Christmas spirit. Points were given to each house, according to the voting from all student teachers, the school secretaries and the Head of School.
