Refund Policy

San Andrea School – Activities, Camps & Programs

This Refund Policy applies to all registrations and payments made through the San Andrea

School online store for extracurricular activities, enrichment programs, summer school, camps,

workshops, and related o erings.

By submitting an application and completing payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Application & Payment Terms

All participants must submit a completed application form along with the required payment to

be considered for enrolment in any program.

Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the program.

2. Vetting & Acceptance

All applications are subject to review and approval by the School.

- Applications are assessed to ensure suitability, availability of places, and alignment with

program requirements.

- The School reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion.

If an application is declined during the vetting process, any fees paid will be fully refunded to the

original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Payments After Submission

Once an application form has been submitted and payment has been made:

- All fees are non-refundable, except where the application is declined by the School (as

stated above).

- Refunds will not be issued for:

o Change of mind

o Withdrawal from the program

o Scheduling conflicts

o Failure to attend

o Medical or personal reasons (unless required by law or approved at the School’s

discretion)

By submitting an application, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept this non-refundable

policy.

 

4. Program Cancellation by the School

In the event that the School cancels a program due to insu icient enrolment, sta ing issues,

force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances:

- Participants will receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled program.

- The School shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel arrangements

or third-party expenses).

5. Transfers (If Applicable)

At the School’s discretion, and subject to availability, requests to transfer to another session or

program may be considered. Approval of transfers is not guaranteed.

Additional fees may apply if transferring to a higher-priced program.

6. Payment Processing

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within [7–14

business days], depending on banking provider processing times.
